Biography

Tricia Fish is a seasoned Canadian comedy writer/producer who most recently wrote for CBC's comedy "Small Achievable Goals", and the final season of "Sort Of", the Peabody-awarded series by CBC Gem and HBOMax. She has worked with a large variety of broadcasters and production companies, and her career started with writing the hit Canadian classic "New Waterford Girl", a coming-of-age feature set in her home town in Cape Breton and starring Liane Balaban and Andrew McArthy. A graduate of art schools and the Canadian Film Centre, Fish was nominated for a Writers' Guild of Canada Award for Comedy in 2024.
