Nathalie Gaultier is an internationally acclaimed circus expert and judge on CBS' "The World's Best". A former talent agent in Westmount, Toronto, Vancouver Island, and Beverly Hills, she began her career in Montreal with a kids program "Kids in Action" which led to her becoming a prolific youth talent agent to numerous Oscar and Emmy award winning stars.
She trains Britney Spears on flexibility, and her 10,000 square-foot cirque facility and theater in Los Angeles has hosted Cher, Pink, Neil Patrick Harris, Deadpool 2, and Wonder Woman 2.
Nathalie has created live performances for the Nobel Peace Prize Concert in Norway, the Dalai Lama, international royalty, the Sultan of Brunei, world leaders, and has toured her performers on the Ellen DeGeneres show and Steve Harvey's "Little Big Shots".
