Elizabeth Hudson is a screenwriter, actress, producer, event host, spiritual life coach, and media contributor.

Hudson wrote the screenplay for Babymoon, a comedy about a woman expecting her first child. Among notable TV series, she has appeared in Scrubs and Las Vegas, as well as in films such as Moving Targets and Hanging Up.

Since 2002, Hudson has hosted five Satellite Award shows on behalf of the International Press Academy. She produces and hosts the "Sacred Alchemy with Elizabeth Hudson" podcast.

As a coach, Hudson helps professionals become more soul-centered leaders and supports businesses in becoming more human-centered organizations.

Hudson is a keynote speaker, panelist, and frequent guest on new media outlets. Hudson speaks about motivation and transformation from a trauma-conscious and informed psychospiritual perspective.

She is a Kundalini yoga master and priestess, having studied under Guru Singh, a renowned and esteemed spiritual teacher based in the United States.
