Biography

Turkish actor, screenwriter. He worked as an actor and director in companies such as Sehir Tiyatrolari and Dostlar Tiyatrosu. He left his mark in cinema especially with the character of Zebercet in the film Anayurt Oteli.

He started working as a screenwriter in 1983 with the film "Seni Seviyorum" with the encouragement of Atif Yilmaz. From Rumuz Goncagül, which he wrote in 1987, he worked mainly with directors Irfan Tözüm and Ömer Kavur. As an actor, he played leading roles in films such as Aaahh Belinda and Melodrama. He received great acclaim with his success as Zebercet in the film Anayurt Oteli. In 1989, with a court decision, he returned to his position at the Sehir Tiyatrolari. He won many national and international awards in the fields of theatre and cinema acting, screenwriting and theatre directing. Lastly, he played Lala Mustafa Pasha in the television series Muhtesem Yuzyil. He played Adil Topal in the TV series Poyraz Karayel.
