Grigoriy Oster is a Soviet Russian writer, screenwriter, playwright, TV presenter. Honored Artist of the Russian Federation (2007). The creator of the genre of "Harmful Tips" and the author of the second Russian hyper-textual novel "The Tale with Details". Member of the Public Council of the Russian Jewish Congress.
