Oliver Boon is a British Production Sound Mixer and Post Sound Editor, based in Buckinghamshire, UK, having previously worked in Los Angeles for the past decade.
He began his career in production sound after moving to Los Angeles in 2017, building experience across feature films, documentaries, and commercial work on both the production and post side.
Selected credits include They Call Me The Tattoo Witch (2024) - an Oscar-contending documentary featured in Deadline, with festival wins across the US and UK including the Carmarthen Bay Film Festival; To Die Alone (2025) - Audience Award, San Francisco Independent Film Festival; and The Prodigy (2024), available on Amazon Prime and Apple TV.
Boon was selected for the Academy Gold Rising Program for Sound, a competitive programme run by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences recognising emerging film talent. He is an associate member of the Motion Picture Sound Editors (MPSE).
Now UK-based and available for film and television production and post sound, with ongoing remote work for US and European clients.
