Biography

Director of photography graduated from the prestigious Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica in Mexico City. Her debut film "King of the Party" was awarded as best feature in the Monterrey International Film Festival 2021. Her second movie, "Huesera", directed by Michelle Garza Cervera, produced by Edher Campos and Paulina Villavicencio and distributed by XYZ Films, participated in The Blood Window Showcase of the Marché du Film in Cannes 2021 and premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival 2022, where it won the Best New Narrative Director and Nora Ephron awards. Since then, it has been selected by numerous international film festivals such as: Neuchâtel, Fantasia, Fantastic Fest, Biarritz, Sitges, Sarajevo, Austin, Morelia, Lima and Cinefantasy, where it received the best movie, best director and best actress awards. She collaborated with director Elisa Miller in the Netflix production "Don't Blame Karma" that was released in the platform in 2022. Her next projects, in post-production stage, include the feature "Latido", a drama directed by Katina Medina Mora and produced by Inna Payán and the series "Soy Tu Fan 3" produced by Disney and directed by Samuel Kishi and Constanza Novick.
