Anastasia Falileieva

Anastasiia Falileieva is a director, animator, VJ artist.

She has learned stop-motion animation from the famous Ukrainian puppet master Oleh Pedan, while attending his course at Kyiv University of Cinema and Broadcasting (2016-2020).

Anastasiia directed several animated shorts, such as: "The Weird King" (2016), "Forel" (2017), "Kotku" (2018).

Her recent film "Until It Turns Black" (2019) succeeded at the film festivals all around the world (REX, Monstra, Odessa IFF, Linoleum, Animax Skopje and some others). The film has won 4 Awards and a Special Jury Mention. "Until It Turns Black" has been nominated for the "Kinokolo" : the Ukrainian Film Critics' Award as the Best Animated Short of 2020.
