Maya Ford is a Japanese Trinidadian actress born in Vancouver, British Columbia. She is a dual citizen with family roots in Trinidad and Japan and is fluent in Japanese.
She has appeared in lead and supporting lead roles across feature films and television series in North America.
In addition to her acting career, she and her husband, Metta World Peace, co-own Artest Management Group, a Los Angeles -based firm specializing in strategic advisory for companies across the sports, entertainment, technology, and media sectors.
She divides her time between Los Angeles and Vancouver.
