She studied Meisner technique at The Houde School of Acting under Jessica Houde-Morris, where she developed a strong foundation in emotional truth and character connection. She later continued her studies at The Markland Studios in Los Angeles with John Markland, focusing on deep character work and scene study.

Kirby's breakout came in early 2024 when she began working in vertical short-form dramas, a fast-growing genre known for its emotional impact and fast-paced storytelling. She quickly became a standout talent and one of the most recognizable faces in the space, leading over a dozen mini-dramas in just her first year. Her credits include starring roles in Final Call for Love, The Billionaire's Matchmaker, and Straight A Pregnancy.
