Visual artist Mack Hail was born and raised in Las Vegas Nevada. In
1993 he made the low-budget cult classic movie Mr. Ice Cream Man. Shot
on a minuscule budget, Mr. Ice Cream Man garnered the critical praise
of Fangoria Magazine, the nations leading horror magazine, for its
impressive production value, as the film was shot on video long before
the Digi boom. Hail is currently a working film maker, with his recent
feature released by Lions Gate Entertainment. His influences are known
to be that of Wes Craven, Stanley Kubrick & John Singleton.
