Ed Smaron

Ed Smaron was born in East Chicago, Indiana (USA) and grew up in Hammond, Indiana. He graduated from what is now called Purdue University Northwest and later earned an M.B.A. from Arizona State University. He worked for awhile in advertising, which eventually pointed him toward acting. Since then, he has performed live theatre and improvisational comedy in Chicago and Los Angeles, in addition to his on-camera film/commercial and voiceover credits. He is also a musician and composer who worked for a number of years as a musical director for Chicago's legendary Second City. He continues to compose music and works as a radio traffic reporter in Chicago.
