Molly was born in Manchester, England.
Her family moved to Australia when she was three, later living in Los Angeles before returning to Manchester. Molly began acting at age six, after being spotted at a local drama class in Brisbane, which led to her first feature film role.
At seven, Molly delivered a TED talk on early childhood development at the Sydney Opera House, directed by Michael Gracey, and in collaboration with The Minderoo Foundation and UNICEF.
In 2023, Molly worked in the U.S. on feature films including Omaha (2026), Deep Water (2026), and Lionsgateās The Best Christmas Pageant Ever (2024). Omaha premiered in Dramatic Competition at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival, where her performance led to recognition at multiple festivals, including a Special Jury Prize at the Hamptons International Film Festival.
In 2026, she appears as Flavia de Luce in Flavia, and in a supporting lead role in the sci-fi feature Black Box (Flight 298).
Outside of acting, Molly studies ballet, tap, and jazz, and is learning to play guitar and drums. She also writes poetry.
