James Ricardo

James Ricardo was born in Mountain View, California to a Norwegian mother and a Portugese father. His mother sold real estate and his father was a restaurateur. His parents divorced when he was young and he grew up in American suburbia in what Jack London called "The Sun Kissed Santa Clara Valley", which then later became to be known as Silicon Valley. He moved to the Los Angeles area years later to pursue becoming a writer-director.
