Autumn Best grew up in Southern Utah, where she has been performing on stage since the age of 4. She is best known for her role as Mildred on The CW series 4400, which marked her television debut. Best's upcoming film, Woman of The Hour, will be released on Netflix in 2024.
Autumn is also an aspiring screenwriter, director, and accomplished musician. As an actress with a limb difference, she is a passionate advocate for creatives with disabilities and is looking forward to writing and developing projects that highlight disabled talent.
