Leon French Wright

Leon (French) Wright is an AD, Crowd & Stunt AD for Film & TV in Ireland and the UK. He also has PA & Runner experience from his earlier days as a trainee. Some of his most recent credits include the upcoming production of Netflix’s ‘Extraction’ series, the production’s of Universals 'How To Train Your Dragon' & HBOs Game of Thrones Spin Off 'A Knight of The Seven Kingdoms'. Outside of his industry work, Leon is an independent Writer, Director, Producer, Editor and AD’s on other independent projects.

Leon began his career in film taking part in a weeks work experience as a Production Assistant on Blue Lights S1 and gained his first paid job as a (Daily) Trainee Production Assistant/Runner on the BBC Production 'The Woman In The Wall', then transitioned to the AD department from the production department on the Lionsgate Film 'Sunrise'. He has the long-term aspiration of becoming an independent Writer/Director with his upcoming Award Winning Short ‘Wake’ (still in its festival phase) due to release to the public later in 2026!
