Schatar Sapphira Collier

Schatar Sapphira Collier is the Vice-President of the National Academy Of Television Arts and Sciences, Pacific Southwest Chapter. This celebrity actress is most loved for her portrayal of the comedic character "Hottie" on the #1 hit MTV Networks Series "Flavor Of Love" and "Charm School". Movie and TV credits include "High Roller" starring Michael Imperioli of The Sopranos, "Waist Deep" starring Meagan Good and Tyrese Gibson, "He's Mine, Not Yours" starring Carl Payne and Gabrielle Dennis, "The Doctors" Nationally syndicated program, Wendy Williams radio show, and networks including Netflix, Hulu, Vh1, BET, ABC CBS and Apple TV.

An active member of the Tri Delta sorority, Schatar is the co-founder of New Vista Studios, a technology and digital entertainment company which produces films, documentaries, websites, video programs, interactive e-learning content, podcasts, e-books, audio-books, and television programming. She is the host and creator of "Poultry Princess: Cooking With Schatar and Aunt Jeannine" now streaming on Amazon Prime. Currently, New Vista Studios has a photo credit in the "Black Barbie" movie currently on Netflix.

Musical theatrical productions around the country include a Kennedy Center six month National Tour, Debbie Allen's "Soul Possessed" starring Patti LaBelle and Pauletta Washington, a Children's Opera, and regional productions of "Ain't Misbehavin'" at the Cumberland County Playhouse and Theater Tuscaloosa, Nomathemba at Boston's Shubert Theatre starring Ladysmith Black Mambazo, and on many other famed stages including BB Kings, The Apollo, and Sweetwaters in NY, the Blue note in Las Vegas, and the Convention Center in Los Angeles.

Schatar is an American Legion Distinguished Scholar, a recipient of the Peabody Voice Achievement Award, and a HOBY alum. She is a popular speaker and guest lecturer at colleges, universities, media and technology events. In addition to producing and acting, she is also a professional Voice Over artist, and narrator of audio books, animation voice-overs and interactive content

Schatar is a graduate of University Of Pennsylvania, is a classically trained actress, classically trained singer via the voice program at Peabody Conservatory Of Music, musician, dancer, and producer. Schatar hosted the BMA Music Awards, opened the Fox Reality Awards and has both presented and judged the regional Emmys.
