Biography

Raven Vaelen is a native Latina from the vibrant landscapes of the Sonoran Desert; born in Phoenix, Arizona & simultaneously nurtured by the rich cultural tapestry of Sonora, Mexico. While earning her Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Conservation & Management from the University of Arizona, with a secondary focus in Marine Sciences, she began acting in local commercials and short films. After graduating, her professional career initiated as a wildlife technician which shortly transitioned into becoming the team lead, managing multiple research projects at a time, to now translating those learned skills into managing indie film sets.

As a dynamic & multifaceted individual, her passion for innovation & impactful storytelling drives her to breathe life into every project with a sense of enthusiasm and dedication. With a strong foundation in problem-solving and leadership, she excels in fostering efficient and collaborative on-set environments. She blends analytical solution oriented skills with creative adaptability to drive seamless operations and detail-oriented productions within fast-paced settings. Fluent in both English & Spanish, she leverages her bilingual abilities to foster meaningful connections with professionals across diverse industries, enriching her overall perspective. Raven strives to bring authenticity and depth to every room, uniting all backgrounds together for the greater good of humanity and the environments in which we immerse ourselves in.
