Born in Australia, Loretta Walsh is an award nominated actor and has been a professional performer for over 20 years.
Her first professional job was as a ballet dancer in a production of "Carmen" with the Queensland Ballet Company. Since then, she has appeared in over 30 projects on screen and is most well known for her 9 seasons on the Hallmark series When Calls the Heart.
A classically trained actor, Loretta is also the founder of theatre company Kindred Entertainment and has starred in over 30 plays including: Dinner with Friends, Lobby Hero, Sex with Strangers, THIS, Either We Talk or We Don't Talk, White Hot, Othello and Hamlet.
Loretta is also an acting teacher at Haven Studio in Vancouver.
