BD is an accomplished screenwriter with over 17 produced credits. His work has appeared on various North American networks, and streamers like Netflix and Prime. His works spans features, MOWs, and series. He has written for Warner, Disney, Sony, Lifetime, Imprint, CBC, CTV, SyFy, Brightlight, Lighthouse, Movie Central, and many others. As a producer, BD has credits on MOWs and is in development on features and series as well.
BD was awarded the Telefilm Canada Fellowship for his script Pot Scrubbers. That same script also won the Praxis Screen Writing Award. He has also been a top finalist in six international screen writing contests, international pitch festivals, and he has been featured in Script Magazine as a writer to watch. He is a Canadian citizen and lives near Vancouver.
