Janina Lorelei

Janina Lorelei is a Romanian actress, classical-crossover mezzo-soprano, and public speaker who now calls the Philippines her home. Aside from her country of birth and her residence of choice, she has performed in Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovenia and China at venues ranging from the Palace of Parliament in Bucharest to the Forbidden City Concert Hall in Beijing.

She began her singing and acting career while studying as a George Soros Scholar at the American University in Bulgaria, with a classical and modern music repertoire, and with sold out performances of The Little Shop of Horrors.

As an actress, Janina has appeared in movies and TV series such as "Unbreak My Heart" and "The Missing Husband" as well as the upcoming "Gomburza," "Shake, Rattle and Roll Extreme," and "Miss Probinsyana," among others.

She is also a life coach, a photographer and a brand strategist. In 2021, she became certified as a Positive Psychology Master Coach (PPMC) and in 2023 she was granted additional certifications as a Public Speaking Fellow (PSF), and Certified Realty Entrepreneur (CRE). As a motivational speaker, her favorite topics are transformation, relationships and happiness.

Through her own process of healing after decades of narcissistic abuse, Janina has discovered her soul mission: to help others rebuild their sense of self-worth, regain their confidence and learn to live a happy and fulfilled life.

In April 2022, Janina was diagnosed with late stage 3 cancer, and she was told she had 2 to 3 months left to live. She has overcome that battle, too, and is now in full remission, with a winning perspective and with firsthand insight into maintaining emotional and mental balance in the face of adversity.

Janina is now representing Romania in the Noble Queen of the Universe international pageant - coming this December 12 - in order to promote her advocacy: raising awareness on narcissistic abuse and domestic violence, and helping victims escape, heal and thrive.

She is here to bear witness to the fact that no matter what, people can overcome fear, adversity, hardship, trauma, and pain - and can learn to find happiness within. She is here because she follows her life purpose to heal and to inspire.
