Biography

Steve Anderson began his acting career with sold out performances in "God, Why Have You Forsaken Me!" in Virginia Beach, Virginia in the 1970s. He started his DJ career including a stint as a club DJ in Turkey. He returned to the US and moved to commercial radio. Steve moved to California in the mid 1980s and found minor success as a songwriter, but began to appear on television and in films. His first uncredited role was in the Ann Jillian show. He also appeared in the Grifters, Hot Shots Part Deux, Cop Rock and Equal Justice. After leaving LA, he moved to New England to write for the World Wrestling Federation, becoming one of the first character oriented writers, penning back-stories for fan favorites such as the Bushwackers. He moved to the promotion side of the industry in the late 1990s and in 2004, semi-retired to Upstate South Carolina with his 2 dogs.
