Originally from Deer Park, Long Island, Eddie Alfano is a graduate of Fordham University where he played football until sidelined by injuries. As an actor he's appeared in dozens of Network Television shows, most recently as "Fabrizio" on the hit Netflix show, "Nobody Wants This." Past recurring roles include "NCIS: Origins," "Barry," "Shameless," "Good Trouble" and "Criminal Minds." Additionally, he recurs as, "Joey 'Patron' Patrocelli" on Tim Heidecker's long-running comedy series, "On Cinema."
Notable film roles include the leading role of "Don Small" in Gravitas Ventures', "Babysplitters," winner of the Panavision Spirit Award at the Santa Barbara Film Festival. The Hollywood Reporter described his role of "Uncle Sal" in the Will Dennis indie-comedy "Vanilla" as, "nearly stealing the film." Additionally, he played, "Helena's Bodyguard" in the DC/Warner Bros film, "Birds of Prey."
As a writer, his short film, "Cops and Robbers," which parodied his life as a typecast actor, played at numerous film festivals across the country, winning the Audience Choice Award at the Stony Brook Film Festival. His next effort, "Internet Gangsters" premiered at LA Shorts Fest and played in festivals around the globe. His production company, "What A Nightmare Productions" continues to produce various short form content for digital platforms and film festivals.
Eddie is an active member of the Los Angeles Theater community, performing on stage frequently with his company, "Sixty-six Productions" where he also hosts the popular storytelling night, "Stranger Than Fiction."
