Biography

Pankaj Trivedi is a noted writer from Indian theatre and cinema, known for his sharp wit, strong command over dialogue, and deep understanding of character-driven storytelling. Before joining the late Neeraj Vora, one of Mumbai film industry’s most prolific writer-directors, Pankaj had already made a significant mark in Gujarati theatre with several hit plays, including Are Vahu Tane Shu Kahu, Pati Thayo E Pati Gayo, and Ek Bhool Wonderful.

He later worked closely with Neeraj Vora and assisted him on several successful films such as Tujhe Meri Kasam, Hulchul, Hungama, and Phir Hera Pheri. Pankaj was also writing dialogues for the sequel project Hera Pheri 3.5, starring John Abraham, Abhishek Bachchan, Paresh Rawal, and Suniel Shetty. Unfortunately, the untimely demise of Neeraj Vora brought the project to a halt midway.

Neeraj Vora held Pankaj Trivedi in high regard for his wit and writing talent, qualities that Pankaj had already established through his theatre work and contributions to films such as Apna Sapna Money Money and Kyaa Kool Hai Hum. With a career spanning stage, film, and television, Pankaj Trivedi continues to be recognized for his distinctive voice, humour, and emotionally resonant storytelling.
