Jerry Marr

Jerry Marr is an actor, born as Gerald Lyle Marr in Fairfield, California. His Father was a Chinese immigrant who came over from China when he was 9 years old, and was raised in San Francisco Chinatown. His mother was raised on a farm in Countyline, Oklahoma, and was of Irish and Cherokee descent. His parents met through being pen pals and married after 6 months of exchanging letters. Since his father was in Civil Service, the family moved often and Jerry spent his childhood in Oklahoma and New Mexico, where he first got the acting bug at the University of New Mexico at Albuquerque. Since moving to Los Angeles at the age of 30 Jerry has worked in a number of commercials, including Florida Orange Juice, Toyota, Farmers Insurance, Fidelity Investments, Wells Fargo Bank, and others. Jerry has an older brother and 2 younger sisters.
