Elisangela DiAlencar

Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil in March 27th. Elisangela DiAlencar is the oldest of three children. Raised by entrepreneurial parents, she learned at a very young age the value of hard work and perseverance. And it didn't take long until she would start applying those same values in her own career. Growing up - now living in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais (363 miles north of her place of birth) - Elisangela began working towards her craft as she developed great business skills with a passion for acting, at the tender age of 5. She started honing her skills in community theaters while also taking acting and dance classes with well-known arts instructor, Mauricio Tobias. Elisangela was well known in her community for her public performances and for becoming the youngest theater group director in her region.

In August of 2000, Elisangela DiAlencar moved to the United States to pursue her acting career. A few years after being in the US, working hard to learn the language and adapt to the culture, she was presented with the opportunity to adopt and change the life of a little American girl who needed a home and someone to love and care for her. Elisangela, now a single mom, became a Real Estate Developer to help make ends meet. But also managed to pursue a higher education as a Harvard University student, eventually obtaining a degree in Business Communication. She later attended Stella Adler Studio of Acting and UCB Theater in New York City.

Elisangela's exotic and multiracial look, along with the ability to speak Portuguese, Spanish and English, quickly earned her membership status at The Screen of Actors Guild and The American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. Her image can be seen on buses, trains, billboards, and magazines for a variety of different advertising campaigns. With a captivating personality, Elisangela is building a solid career in national and international TV commercials. In addition to print modeling and acting, she has begun branching out into independent films, learning the thrill of being behind the scenes, as a producer, and taking on principal roles in Hollywood productions and popular TV shows.
