As founder-CEO of his emerging production company Supremacy Films, Sadler was nominated for the 2022 Producers Guild Awards. Under his leadership, Supremacy Films has created, developed, packaged and produced high quality projects all while breaking barriers by putting women in roles that were made specifically for men. Blending a strong creative instinct with sharp financial and packaging acumen, Sadler specializes in developing high-concept, commercially viable content that bridges entertainment and impact. His work spans multiple genres from thrillers and dramas to holiday and relationship-driven films while consistently highlighting underrepresented voices and perspectives.

Sadler recently produced an episode of Miss Governor for Netflix through the Tyler Perry Studios pipeline, further expanding his footprint within large-scale production environments and strengthening his position within the streaming ecosystem.

Through Supremacy Films, Sadler has created, developed, packaged, and produced a range of notable projects, including AMC’s hit drama series Terror Lake Drive (Season 2), the Tubi original film Girls Getaway Gone Wrong, the thriller The Deadliest Lie, and OWN’s holiday favorite Cooking Up Christmas, which was recognized by audiences as a standout family film.
