Sarah was raised in San Diego, California and Albuquerque, New Mexico.
She has been an athlete since childhood, as both her parents were
runners for the USA Track & Field Team.
After graduating from Sandia High School, she went to San Diego State
University on a running scholarship and became interested in acting
while taking theatre classes. After college, she moved to California's
Bay area where she worked with teens teaching cooking in an afterschool
program in the Piedmont neighborhood of Oakland.
Following that, she returned to New Mexico and began working in the
film industry.
She is now based in Los Angeles.
