Kharmel began her journey as a Casting Director with the critically acclaimed Daniel Wolfe music video Time to Dance, featuring Jake Gyllenhaal and Callum Turner. Her early success was quickly followed by celebrated films such as Lilting (2014) and the BAFTA-winning short film Home (2016).

Over the past 14 years, Kharmel has established herself as a dynamic force in casting, renowned for championing fresh, diverse talent.
