Meosha Bean

Meosha Bean is an award-winning filmmaker, producer, and founder of M.V.B Films Productions. Her work blends artistic innovation with authentic storytelling, amplifying underrepresented voices and reshaping cultural narratives. She was camera operator on the political thriller Fake News (2017), featuring Martin Kove (Cobra Kai) and John Savage (The Deer Hunter), and appeared in the acclaimed documentary Horror Noire: A History of Black Horror alongside Jordan Peele, Ernest Dickerson, Rachel True, and Tony Todd. Grounded in her Christian upbringing, Meosha created the audio series Church Hurt, a powerful exploration of trauma and healing within religious spaces, spotlighted by CBS for changing the conversation. She has been featured in Fangoria, IndieWrap, and on the cover of Delirium, recognized as part of the new vanguard shaping genre cinema.
