Laurence Vannicelli is a dual citizen of Italy and the US. His short film "The Young Housefly" (Alex Karpovsky) was a semi-finalist for the Student Academy Awards. He co-wrote, "Porno" a breakout hit at SXSW 2019 that was released theatrically in 2020. His critically acclaimed feature debut, "Mother, May I?" (Kyle Gallner, Holland Roden), was released internationally by Dark Sky in 2023.
