David Toms

David Toms is a television editor from Birmingham, UK. Starting his career in short film and corporate video, he began working in TV as a runner, then researcher on blue-light shows. Later, whilst working at the BBC, he edited short-form content for social platforms and trailers for broadcast. After proving his technical and storytelling acumen, he began editing long-form productions for BBC Three. Since then, David has edited across a range of genres, including: obs-docs, specialist factual & blue-light shows.
