Originally from Sweden and as of 2012 based in Los Angeles, Erika Apelgren wears many hats as a writer, director, actor, producer, and model. Her extensive portfolio includes the authoring and directing of short films, a mini-doc series, and a theatrical play. Additionally, she has written five feature films and actively engages in diverse projects spanning film, music videos, and commercials.
Erika Apelgren graduated from the Stella Adler Academy of Acting and Theatre, and in Sweden, she honed her craft with renowned actors Stina Eklblad, Per Ragnar, and Mia Poppe. Throughout her Los Angeles tenure, Erika Apelgren has showcased her versatility both in front of and behind the camera, collaborating with industry icons such as Tyra Banks, Giorgio Moroder, Sia, Nintendo, Clarion, Wella Professionals, and Fenty Beauty by Rihanna.
