Jay P. Brown was born in Atlanta, GA, and grew up in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where he began the pursuit of Acting in 2004. After appearing in various commercials and Indie films, he decided to further his career. Jay P. later took the giant step, and moved to Los Angeles in 2008, where he eventually started Stand-Up Comedy in 2013.
Jay P. quickly became a stand-out regular on the club scene, entertaining audiences with his vast array of voices, characters, and stories of being a Video Gamer, and the White Black Man. Jay P. describes himself as the most intimidating person you'll ever meet at Comic Con.
Jay P. Brown has been seen at the Hollywood Improv, The Comedy Store, and the Ice House. He has also recently performed at the Sonoma Laughfest, the Ventura Harbor Comedy Festival, Laughs Unlimited in Sacramento, The Comedy Palace and Mad House Comedy Club in San Diego, Loonee's Comedy Corner in Colorado Springs, the World Series Of Comedy in Las Vegas in 2016 and 2017, and most recently, the 2018 Maumee Mary & Joseph Comedy Festival in Fort Wayne, IN.
