DJ Dodd

DJ Dodd grew up near Philadelphia and holds a BS in Business Administration with minors in both Law and Film from Drexel University and an MFA in Film and Television Producing from Chapman University.

DJ has worked as a Development Executive for producer David Foster (The Mask of Zorro, The River Wild, The Thing, Short Circuit), Glass Entertainment Group (Tanked), and Steve Rotfeld Productions (Godfather of Fentanyl). He has created, produced and/or developed dozens of series and specials and hundreds of hours of television content in genres like premium true crime, active investigation, survival, animal / pet, home reno, vet docu, car build, and much more. He's developed and sold to most major cable networks and streamers including Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, Peacock, FOX Nation, Discovery Channel, Nat Geo, TLC, History Channel, HGTV, Animal Planet, Investigation Discovery, Oxygen, Food Network, Cooking Channel, Travel Channel, DIY Network, Nat Geo Wild, and Bloomberg, among others.

DJ has produced 50 feature films, many of which have premiered at prestigious film festivals worldwide including Sundance, TIFF, Fantasia, Hamptons, Heartland, Sitges, Oldenburg, Fantasporto, Cinequest, and Cleveland.

His films have included A-list stars like Bruce Willis, Ethan Hawke, Kit Harrington, John Cusack, John Malkovich, Ben Kingsley, Tyrese Gibson, Aaron Eckhart, David Spade, Frank Grillo, Emile Hirsch, Hailee Steinfeld, Jon Heder, Jessica Lange, Shirley MacLaine, Demi Moore, Stephen Lang, Bruce Dern, James Earl Jones, Sharon Stone, Jeremy Piven, Courteney Cox, Christina Ricci, Mira Sorvino, Selma Blair, Taye Diggs, George Lopez, Mike Epps, Vivica A.
