Biography

Multi hyphenate talent, Andrew Matarazzo is best known for his role as Gabe in the hit MTV show Teen Wolf, Alfredo Castro in All Rise (CBS) and Logan in the Netflix movie, He's All That.

What sets Andrew Matarazzo apart from many of today's young Hollywood talents is his focused and deliberate trajectory in both television and film. Classically trained, Andrew studied at prestigious institutions including the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London, where he focused on Shakespeare, as well as the University of the Arts (Meisner Technique), and earned his BFA in Acting from the California Institute of the Arts.

He later studied under Oscar-winner Tim Robbins before landing television roles on Jane the Virgin, All Rise, Faking It, Girls, Criminal Minds, and Speechless. His breakout came with MTV's hit series Teen Wolf, where what was originally intended as a two-episode guest spot evolved into a prominent arc in the final season, cementing him as one of the show's most memorable villains.

In 2025 Andrew stars in the upcoming Western film Roses alongside Ronen Rubinstein (9-1-1: Lone Star) and Orlando Pineda (Griselda, Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story). In 2024, he appeared in Agonist (with Peyton List, Devon Druid, and Garrett Wareing), which made its debut at the 2024 Palm Springs Film Festival and was later featured at the Sitges Film Festival in Spain.

On stage, Andrew performed in Julius Caesar-a special Shakespeare production in partnership with amfAR and Versace (alongside Brandon Flynn, Gavin Leatherwood, and Cameron Monaghan). He also recently headlined as a performer and keynote speaker at Glenn Close's Bring Change To Mind Summit.

Beyond acting, Andrew has cultivated a dedicated following for his musical talents & writing prowess. His work as a novelist includes his apocalyptic fiction titles Bedlam and its follow-up, Sweven, both available globally through leading booksellers including Barnes & Noble and Amazon.
