Paul Verhoeven is a screenwriter and ABC Radio presenter, and is co-writer of Gnomes, Stan's new horror-comedy, alongside Tegan Higginbotham. After hosting Steam Punks! on ABC3, he released two books: Loose Units, and Electric Blue, both through Penguin Publishing. He is the commentator on Discovery Channel's hilarious Dr Karl's Outrageous Acts of Science and has been a guest on ABC's Whovians, hosted by Rove McManus. He has appeared on Glitch, Utopia and The Haunting Hour.
Paul's writing regularly appears in The Guardian, Rolling Stone Australia and various other outlets. He's honed his craft as an interviewer by talking to the likes of Harrison Ford, Elmo, Gillian Anderson, Tom Holland, and Zendaya. Most recently, Paul has contributed to the Doctor Who canon after writing his first full length Doctor Who audio play, The Green Man for Big Finish.
