Biography

Aref Al-Taweel is a Syrian actor and director. He was elected as a member of the Syrian People's Assembly (the country's parliament) representing Damascus in the 2016 election cycle. He served as a representative for the ruling Baath Arab Socialist Party. Beyond acting, he works as a television director. He has also contributed to voice acting, including work on animated cartoon series.
