Nika "Soniq" Tolbert is an American Actress, Singer, Songwriter that moved from Grand Rapids, Michigan and has been passionate about entertaining others since she was 6 years old. Tolbert attended California State University as a Communications major after moving to Los Angeles, California. She believed that studying the art of Communication in Performance would help her to understand her roles as they relate to the characters she portrays. She is passionate about Television and Film starting her earlier days in local theatre productions like "The Wiz" and "The Resurrection." She moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams of being on the big screen. She is truly passionate about her craft and enjoys working with other industry individuals. Tolbert plans to break into her television or film debut as soon as the right door opens which she knows will be the defining moment of her career.
