Mariela Garriga is a trilingual actress, writer, and producer with a rising international profile across film and television. Holding Cuban, Italian, and American citizenship, and fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English, she brings depth, versatility, and a global perspective to every role she takes on.
In recent years, Mariela has been part of the Mission: Impossible franchise as Marie, acting opposite Tom Cruise under the direction of Christopher McQuarrie. In 2025, she stars as the female lead in When Nobody Sees Us (HBO Max), alongside Maribel VerdĂș and directed by Enrique Urbizu, and in the psychological drama Close to Me, co-starring Riccardo Scamarcio and directed by Stefano Sardo. She also headlines two additional feature films: The Osha Rules, a supernatural thriller with Edgar Vittorino set for release in Autumn 2025, and Zeta, an upcoming Amazon Original espionage thriller with Mario Casas and Luis Zahera.
Originally from Havana, Mariela began her artistic journey as a ballet dancer and model before transitioning into acting. She trained in Milan and New York and has worked across Europe and the U.S., with credits including Blumhouse's Bloodline, Nightmare Cinema, the Paramount+ biopic series Bosé (in which she portrayed Giannina Facio), and the Netflix series Luis Miguel. She has also appeared in NCIS: Los Angeles and Law & Order: SVU.
