Phil Blattenberger is a writer, director, and producer best known for Condor's Nest (2023) and Laws of Man (2024).
Nominated for Best First-time Filmmaker at the St. Louis International Film Festival, Blattenberger also garnered nominations for Best Director and Best Original Screenplay at the Sydney Indie Film Festival, where his debut feature, Vietnam drama Point Man, won Best Film. In 2021 he completed his sophomore title, Condor's Nest, which he wrote, directing the likes of Arnold Vosloo, Michael Ironside, and Bruce Davison en route to a broad Paramount Pictures theatrical run. He moved on to helm crime/thriller Laws of Man, starring Harvey Keitel, Dermot Mulroney, Graham Greene, and Academy Award winner Keith Carradine.
Blattenberger recently completed his fourth film, a foray into horror with Richard Brake-led 'Ascendant,' and directed Garret Dillahunt in psych thriller Aqua Mortem. Both titles release in 2026.
