Alexis Lane is an Afro Caribbean actress, dancer and model. Raised in Broome and Perth, Alexis is proud of her multicultural roots. After graduating from West Australia Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), Alexis made her debut on the critically-acclaimed television series Cleverman (2016), playing the role of Kora. After multiple film and television appearances, Alexis was awarded "Best Female Actress" at the Sydney Women's International Film Festival, for her performance in feature film The Flood (2020). Alexis has trained in voice, dance, circus and acrobatics. She has taken an improvisation course at the Black Swan Theatre Company, T.E.E Drama at John Curtin College of the Arts and attended Film and Naturalism at Frog Management.
