Lorrie was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She has always loved and been interested in the movie and entertainment industry, and was overjoyed when she received her first call and was able to be in her first movie "Scared Silent". But it was her 1978 Silver Anniversary Corvette that was actually in the movie "We Were the Mulvaneys" back in 2002 before she ever was on a movie set!
She has not only been a background performer, but has also helped run auditions, numerous casting calls, including for the first ever Bachelorette Canada, helped with location scouting, phoned & cast for background for a few movies, and helped out as a Production Assistant. She has also been an associate producer for a short film called "Somewhere In September". In 2019 she was interviewed as herself on a TV series called "Big Talk". To say the film industry is a passion of hers is an understatement!
