Matthew Mark Hunter

Matthew is a 25 year old indie horror filmmaker and became an award winning filmmaker at the age of 17. He has created over 260 short and feature films since 2017. Matthew is the creator of his monsters and sees his projects from start to finish by being the writer then director and editor of his films and doing his own distribution. Matthew has always been attracted to all things from the 80's which is where his catchphrase, bloody horror with an 80's twist came from. His first film in 2013, a fan film based off the Puppet Master series.

Matthew has had a lot of people start with his company and go on to be on other projects, he works with a lot of young actors on set starting at the age of 2 and makes sure the set is relaxed and smooth. He has worked with a large range of cast from young to old and people with disabilities who may not have the chance to be in films, Matthew has written roles for anyone and all kinds of people.

Matthew also is a Counselor and Instructor teaching younger children in the Scouts of America as a Moviemaking Merit Badge Counselor / Photography Counselor and Theater Counselor.
