Nour Nasreldin is an Egyptian actress, writer, and director. She studied filmmaking at the American University in Cairo and first stepped into acting through university theater, later transitioning to screen acting. She appeared in the main role in Amir El Shenawy's 2017 internet viral poetic essay film, Cairo Syndrome, which was screened at Goldsmiths University, London. Behind the camera, she worked as an assistant director on Eshtebak (2016), which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival's Un Certain Regard section. Her visual monologue film Muted City (2021), which she wrote and directed, was screened internationally and notably viewed by French President Emmanuel Macron in Lugano, Switzerland. Transitioning fully into acting, Nour recently made her mark with her performance as Fatima in Ahmed El Gendy's 2025 series Aysha El Dor.
