Rose of the West
Pierre Labelle, a trapper in the Canadian northwest, has been missing for two years, and his wife Rose and daughter Angela remain in a snow-bound cabin with their Indian servant Natoosh and her son Jules, waiting for him to show. Army officer Bruce Knight is in love with Rose and begs her to marry him, but she refuses until Jules informs her one day that Pierre has been killed in an avalanche. Rose then agrees to marry Knight, but on her wedding day a unexpected surprise occurs: Pierre shows up. Unfortunately, things don't work out quite the way Rose expected.
