Did you know

Marilyn Monroe was offered Lola-Lola, but turned it down. In 1958, she posed as Marlene Dietrich as Lola-Lola for a Life Magazine pictorial shot by Richard Avedon.

The original choice for Professor Rath, when Marilyn Monroe was still slated for Lola-Lola, was Spencer Tracy. After Tracy proved unavailable, Fredric March was proposed for the role.

One of many 20th Century Fox productions that strangely was never released on any home video format.
