⢠Considered one of the better "movie star anthology" series of the early 1960s, this was overseen by Stanwyck's own production company and, despite winning its star an Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Series, lasted only one season on NBC.
⢠Several episodes of this series were thinly disguised pilots for proposed "spin-offs" intended to star Stanwyck, but none of the ideas were picked up or developed by NBC.
⢠Many a young actor who would later come to prominence in movies and television had guest roles on this series, among them Vic Morrow, Yvonne Craig, Marion Ross, Dennis Hopper, Susan Oliver, Lee Marvin, Robert Culp, Peter Falk and Jack Nicholson.

great short lived show
She beat out Loretta for the Emmy, and the show should have gone on, too.
