• Stella Stevens wears a brunette wig in this film. During the late 1970s she spent most of her time on her ranch in Washington State and kept her hair very short and wore wigs when returning to Los Angeles for television work.
• Dr. Bakkun is named for the Mayan word "bakun", a Mayan measure of time.
