⢠Just like Personal Services (1987), the previous movie from writer David Leland, this project was inspired by the real-life figure, Cynthia Payne. This movie focuses on her childhood growing up in Sussex while the other deals with her adulthood.
⢠Debut movie and television performance of actress Emily Lloyd.
⢠Emily Lloyd was 16 years old when she appeared in this movie. She recalls they gave her a synopsis for the audition: "sexually precocious". "So my mother put me in a black leather skirt and a tight blue crocheted top. The casting director took one glance at me and said: 'You look like jailbait. Go home and get changed.' Then she said: 'But come back.' I blushed and returned in jeans." she says.
